The Prophet (PBUH) of Islam’s Important Recommendation on Contemplation
Religion places emphasis on contemplation, thinking and rationalization because it is to lead man toward God, godliness, and betterment of his worldly and heavenly life. It is in such condition that the foundations of religious doctrines are cemented in man and he can apply true Islamic beliefs in his thinking.
Who is a Muslim?

📚The word "Muslim" means one who submits to the will of God. This is done by declaring that "there is no God except one God and Muhammad is the messenger of God". In a broader sense, anyone who willingly submits to the will of God is a Muslim,
📚thus all the prophets preceding the prophet Muhammad (pbuh) were Muslim. The Qur'an specifically mentions Abraham who lived long before Moses and Christ that, "he was not a Jew or a Chrisitian but a Muslim," because he had submitted to the will of God.
📚Thus there are Muslims who are not submitting to the will of God and there are Muslims who are doing their best to live an Islamic life. One cannot judge Islam by looking at those Muslims who have a Muslim name but in their actions, they are not living or behaving as Muslims. The state of being a Muslim can be according to the degree to which one is submitting to the will of God, in his beliefs and in his actions.

What is Islam?

📚The word "Islam" means peace and submission. Peace means to be at peace with yourself and your surroundings and submission means submission to God and obey his commandments. A broader meaning of the word Islam is to achieve peace by submitting to the will of God.
This unique religion with a name whcih signifies a moral attitude and a way of life.
📚 Judaism takes its name form the tribe of Judah, Christianity from Jesus Christ, Buddhism from Goutam Budha and Hinduism from Indus River. However, Muslims should no be called "Muhammadans".

If the solar system is working regularly, if the stars are revolving around the sun systematically and if there is no flaw in this function for millenniums it is only due to the fact that the solar system is based on order. Order is found in everything around us from the largest bodies of the universe to the minutest thing called ‘atom’. Everything in this world is made up of tiny atoms. A wonderful discipline is in action and it is seen in each and every movement of the universe. There are tiny atoms in every system.
Certain animals such as ants, bees, termites and several species of monkeys are social, that is they live in communities. The social life of some of these gregarious animals is characterized by some very significant and interesting systems.Man is also a social and gragarious animal that has the most varied and the most interesting social life that we know.
Social life usually originates from a set of natural or acquired ties which join together a number of individuals and turn them into a coherent community. This coherent community is called a society.
There are many kinds of society and from different angles it can be divided into various classes.
Some of these classes are limited and small, like family, and some of them are big and vast, such as tribe, clan; community, nation etc.
Although much simpler than the dietary laws followed by the Jews and the early Christians, the code which Muslims observe forbids the consumption of any part of the pig (flesh, fat, etc...), and any kind of intoxicant - whether it be solid such as drugs, or liquid such wine and beer.
The Prophet of Islam said “Your body has rights over you”, and the consumption of wholesome food and the leading of a healthy lifestyle are seen as religious obligations.
Muslims are only permitted to eat meat that is termed ‘halal’ which means that it has been slaughtered according to the Islamic law.
Like other faiths, Islam permits fighting as a means of self-defense or in defense of religion, or on the part of those who have been forcibly expelled from their homes.
Treatises and dissertation have been written detailing the rules of engagement in war in which scholars have laid down strict rules of combat, which include prohibitions against harming civilians including women and children, and against destroying crops, trees, livestock and polluting of drinking water.
One of the most important aspects of a Muslim's life is to have high moral standards. Since the beginning of Islam, Prophet Muhammad 
was mainly concerned with teaching and disciplining Muslims to have the best manners and personal characteristics. His personal life and behaviour were reflective of his teachings, which were revealed to him by Allaah. In the Noble Quran, Allaah describes Prophet Muhammad saying (what means): “And indeed, you are of a great moral character.” [Quran, 68:4]
Islam sees a woman - whether single or married - as an individual in herself with the right to own and dispose of her property and earnings as she pleases. At the time of marriage, the groom gives a marriage dowry to the bride for her own personal use, and she keeps her family maiden name rather than changing it to her husband’s last name.
Both men and women are expected to dress in a way that is modest and dignified. The Muslim woman is required by the Qur’an to cover her entire body with the exception of her face and hands while in the presence of men whom she is not related to (or permitted to marry). This drees code is often referred to as the Islamic hijab.
A cursory glance at the world of creation makes us realize the changes and development that have taken place throughout history. The earth’s movement and the various particles that form it, including atoms and electrons, all indicate the fact that the nature is blended with changes and progress.
Prayers (Salat): Five times every day, Muslims from all parts of the world face towards the Ka‘bah located in the city of Makkah and perform their prayers.
The first prayer is in the morning before sunrise, the second at noontime, followed by the afternoon prayer. Just after sunset is the evening prayer, concluded by the night prayer. Thus a Muslim begins the day with prayer, and ends it in the same way.
